The product is fine, [...] namely the President's office that stinks. I was really ripped off on this one: paid postage both ways, no cash refund, and paid postage on eventual purchase. This sucks. You could at least give me a $20 extra credit on further purchases or a pound of free coffee--anything to make up for what you stole from me.

Another GREAT cup!!! This is perfect for using the whole month of December!!! I love the inside reddish color and the Santa on front with a hot cup of coffee looks so inviting!!! These are my favorite cups ever so I hope that you will keep making them in this shape with the colored insides and would be nice to have a Spring, Summer and a Fall one would be REALLY Great!!!

Mug is the same as your regular coffee mug. Its a perfect coffee mug. Take some of the art work off your coffee packages (like cool breeze columbian, your beachie scene) and make some mugs with that theme. That would be cool.

I do lots of swaps and Secret Santa's and this mug was perfect to go along with my swap gift. I filled it with chocolate kisses and cinnamon sticks - wrapped it in netting and tied with a bow. I also bought one for myself!
