This is an expensive set of mugs ([$] for a pair) but has been worth the price. At first, I thought it would be too fragile but it has held up remarkably well over several years. Would not recommend for work, however, where other mugs and users might bang it around and break it. The mugs are cool to the touch (even with scalding hot coffee), they keep coffee/liquids hot for a longer period of time, you can microwave and the outside of the cup does not get hot. And they look great! These are our favorite coffee mugs!
