Love this strong flavor - sometimes we mix it with our favorite, Sumatran Sunset, if we don't want quite as strong a flavor - but very smooth and rich

I loved the flavor and depth of the coffee. I was worried about it having a bitterness about it but it didn't and it tasted great.

This is one of many favorite flavors I enjoy from Boca Java. I really enjoy the occasional samples you send as well and have put several of those on my list of favorites . As I write, I am enjoying a cup <:o). I'd love to be in the "Roasting Room" the smells must just be "intoxicating"!!

I like to cook using coffee. In cakes,cookies, puddings,ice creams, breads and you name it and I can make it. When we moved I packed the coffee well and air tight, even to the point that I could'nt find the box for a couple of years. When I did, I thought the coffee was bad but to my happy suprise the coffee was very good. Not 100% fresh but good. So the coffee WILL last a few years well wraped, or sealed air tight.
