I generally give coffee as gifts to friends to try a different taste.. I make 12 cups of coffee in the morning and drink several cups then drink the remaining throughout the day into the next day. I,also, drink water(gal) plus juices, soy milk, eat fresh fruit and lots of fiber. At 72, I am in good health and free to move about the country. On the other hand, My Dr advised me that there is another need and, that is, to walk not 5 days but 6. This is important to help keep off the fat from building up in the stomack. Another is swimming, walking, reading and talking less but to listen with the ear using the heart.Look up "[@]" A friend of mind has a blog with listening within your self. Check out intelligent, frogs, attitude, respect. Hope you enjoy his effort to change people within not just the physical. He is a serious fitness trainer at 40 years and works for the YMCA.God's blessings be upon all there at Boca Java. Mr rich oswald
