Unlike most of the good stuff I've tried from Boca, this coffee had no delicious aroma. I couldn't smell the vanilla or the cinnamon. The taste was non-descript. Just plain coffee. I was expecting something more like a french vanilla taste, perhaps a sense of cappichino. I could not taste either vanilla or cinnamon. I did not have a cold or the flu at the time :-). Now your Apple Pie gourmet flavor, that rocks. You get a strong aroma of the apple with some cinnamon and it tastes delicious. So with the Two-Step, I'd say back to lab, give it another shot. It has great potential to be an excellent flavor but needs more work. Thanks!
