Perfect cookie for afternoon coffee or tea with friends.
Great as an after dinner dessert if you have nothing else on hand. They might remind you of the store bought wafers-but the taste is much better. I think they look like an "adult" dessert.
Put a pretty paper lace on a plate and dessert looks great! My friends know me as a "bake from scratch girl" and thought I made them~I did fess up that they were bought! I think it was the paper lace I used on the serving plate.
Don't dump from the canister onto the plate, you will end up with a big mess of very fine crumbs-like from a pastry dessert.

Crunchy and good!
