I usually do not go for a shortbread cookie, because of the fat content, but these do not have any of the 'bad' fat, and our bodies need a little fat every day to stay healthy.
I loved the light spicy flavor of these cookies, and yet one was enough for me with my coffee or tea.

My daughter and I tried the Chai Tea Shortbread and were not impressed with the flavor. Maybe there were too many spices in it???
