I use a coffee maker that fresh grounds the coffee to the pot and this coffee was very smooth and had a nice flavor. I do usually choose a mild strength brew and it worked for my in-laws best so we all enjoyed this coffee, especially for a medium to dark roast.

I prefer a lighter roast so it is not bitter, but I do like it brewed strong. This stuff is fantastic. My only wish is that it came in bigger, more cost effective batches that lasted longer. (Or I could just wish I had more money so that I didn't have to budget for it and could drink it daily without rationing. sigh.)

Coffee has a better flavor than what I am currently using (Maxwell House Columbian and other store bought Columbian coffee. Mixes very well with sugar and cream. I find myself using less sugar and cream to achieve a good flavor.
