I drink unflavored coffee-black no sugar.
The aroma in the package was teriffic, but the brewed coffee was a bit of a letdown.
I use filtered water, grind my own beans, and filter through unbleaced paper filters.
Does anyone remember the way coffee brewing would fill the room with the aroma, and that aroma in the cup was the same, as you passed it under your nose??

Pretty good coffee... however, I'd recommend not being lazy like I was and actually getting your coffee delivered as whole bean. I know better than to expect universal grind to be what I like - it never is. :) I put the already ground coffee into my coffee grinder (man what a mess that was to clean up!!) to see if I could get that finer grind that I like, and I succeeded...it really brought out the flavor in the coffee. I was very pleased with this one and will probably order it again.

This is a great basic coffee. It also mixes well with flavored coffees for an interesting result. For example, I used to mix it with the flavored coffee, "Tropical Two-Step" to get a slightly cinnamon/vanilla flavored basic coffee. This is my basic all-round coffee--been drinking it for a few years. Can be too heavy if too much is used in the basket.

I love that this coffee does not leave that awful bitter after taste that most all other name brand coffees leave. Boca Java coffee is the only brand of coffee that I can drink that does not affect my kidney. I have a kidney disease and have been unable to drink coffee until Boca Java came into my life and has given me the luxury of being able to drink coffee again. It does not agitate my kidney the way other brands have done in the past. Thank you for providing such a wonderful, flavorful, coffee!

I belong to several coffee clubs and usually enjoy sampling an array of products. The light flavor of the blend was somewhat disappointing and left me wanting a more distint flavorful coffee. Out of the 4 brand flavors I chose this order it comes in at 3rd...it requres too much coffee grounds to make a decent tasting pot.

I kept hearing about Boca Java on Rush, and finally decided I had to try it. I have been enjoying the coffees for a long time now, and I love the convenience of having it delivered. It does take some time to adjust your delivery level and time. While I was figuring that out, I ran out of Boca coffee, and had to -gasp- go to the grocery to buy some beans of what I used to use. GAG. I can't believe I used that brand for years before I tried Boca--and I cannot go back. You should try it-- you'll like it!!!

Coffee has a better flavor than what I am currently using (Maxwell House Columbian and other store bought Columbian coffee. Mixes very well with sugar and cream. I find myself using less sugar and cream to achieve a good flavor.

I was most surprised when I first sampled this particular coffee. Unusually good...I thought. With my 2nd cup of this coffee along with my wife's first...she moaned with delight and asked me what coffee was this?

In our opinion (having enjoyed some of the best coffees from around the world) this is every bit as good as some of the Gevalia coffees and most of Unique Coffee Roaster's South American specialties. Not better...but equally as good.

This is a prize winner. To make our skimmy 8 ounces last longer, we blended it with one of Unique Coffee Roaster's South American specialties (off hand, I can't remember which one). We sampled straight Palm Beach Passion against the one we blended. Good mix! Had everything we enjoyed from the original, plus a heavier aroma and smoothness.

I would recommend this coffee to anyone that knows how good great coffee can taste (such as Gevalia). The only coffee that we have ever enjoyed that beats all the ones from South American...is the rich and full bodied Kona coffee from Hawaii (and enjoyed in a restaurant garden at the hotel resort we stay at while vacationing in Maui, Hawaii. More like a food beverage than a hot coffee drink. We would enjoy drinking at least 4 or 5 cups every morning and again at dinner. Boy! Is it expensive! Don't try the blends, I found nothing but big disappointment in all the blends we tried.
