This is one, if not THE, best decaf espresso roasts I have brewed and tasted. Great aroma, full-bodied, balanced taste. Excellent as a espresso, cappuccino or brewed as a cup of strong coffee.

this blend is ok but like all of the coffees we have tried so far from this company, you have to use a lot more coffee to get a desireable flavor. At least one and a half scoops instead of the usual one scoop. Once made it taste very good.

I have an Asian coffee maker that truly brings out the best taste of this coffee. It is rich, dark, and smooth no matter how I brew it, but it is exceptional when I use the Asian coffee brewer.

Great Expresso taste like caffinated but wasn't - one of the best ever decaf Expresso coffees I have tasted! I would have it as a treat at night I love full bodied coffee but can't have the caff late at night so this was a treat for me! Love it.

As a Latin family we drink espresso in the form of Cafe con leche (Cuban Coffee). However, I can't take all that caffine in true Cuban Coffee, so the decaf espresso is perfect. But I make my own blend with the espresso and Coastal Costa Rica (we used to live in Costa Rica).

I ordered this for my mom. We were both very disappointed by this coffee's flat flavor. Sometimes flavor is an issue with decaffeinated coffees, but another coffee retailer has managed to produce a superior product in this regard.

I brew espresso beans like most people brew their morning coffee. In the coffee shops they call it Americana when you brew it that way. Boca Java is the BEST Espresso bean, and believe me I've tried them all! Then, early this year I had some heart problems and the doctor was adamant - NO CAFFIENE! In a panic, I went to the Boca Java site and changed my standing order from Espresso to Decaf Espresso. And prayed: Pleeeeeease let it taste like the regular Espresso! My prayers were answered, I may not get the caffiene jolt, but I still enjoy my morning coffee! Thanks Boca Java!

IMHO, you just cannot find a better espresso without traveling outside the US! I don't know how they do it, but Boca Java definitely outdoes their coffee blends by miles, and this espresso is the best example of that on the market!!

Sometimes the grind is too coarse and doesn't make good espresso. I have tried it for drip coffee when this happens and is "ok" but I prefer espresso.

We are ex-owneners of an espresso stand, so we have a wide experience with various espresso beans and how they work in a professional machine. One of the most impressive facts about Boca Jave Espresso beans is that even though now we just use a simple and inexpensive espresso machnine (Hamilton Beach) we still get GREAT great espressos. I can only imagine how good it would be in a good machine.
