I find the product to be excellent in taste when one adds enough of it; however, it is just not concentrated enough and the yield is not acceptable for the pricing.

Uses: To roll truffles in, to add to coffee, to sprinkle on top of cake for use with stencil, sprinkle atop brownies, for garnish on top of cupcake icing.

The aroma alone got to me.

I use it as a coffee substitute in the morning. 24 carbs is equal to 5 units of insulin and it makes a good pairing to an egg and bacon. Add a activia yogurt for 13 more carbs and you have a very satifying breakfast. Before bed it makes a good last of the day treat.

The current hot chocolate product (all flavors) is not as good as the former hot chocolate offered at Boca Java. It tastes too artificial, not rich enough, a bit too sugary, and to common. It is too expensive for what you get. I would think Boca Java would offer a better quality hot chocolate product, especially for the price charged, and given the extraordinary coffee products the company sells. The hot chocolate does not do the company justice and does not live up to the standards the company has set for its coffee. The coffee products are much better.

Tastes really good as a nightcap added with either peppermint schnapps or. even better!, butterscotch schnapps for that extra zing at the end of a cold, long day! And when you work outdoors in New England caring for horses all day, its very nice to come in to a tasty hot sweet drink that warms you up right to the bone!

It's basically 4 cups per product contain. 3 "heaping" teaspoons is not an understatement.
Good if you like added extra milks and creams, but then it becomes average cocoa.
