The product was used according to the directions, first we used water and it was good,but then we tried it with milk and the chocolae aroma and taste were outstanding. The texture was smooth and it was thick and creamy. The only problem I had with it was I ordered 1 can.

It needs stronger chocolate flavor.

I have "gifted" this product to my children and grandchildren, as well as personally enjoying it. However, it might be helpful to be able to purchase it in a larger quantity since one container was barely adequate. Perhaps it may be helpful to let us know how many 8-ounce servings one can expect per container. Everyone loved the product but some wanted more of a chocolate taste.

I used it at least double strength (2 large cups from one 7 oz. can) and think it is the best cocoa I've ever had. It was not a rich as sipping chocolate but richer than hot chocolate. It was not as good if made too weak, but made strong enough it was unbelieveably heavenly. My only problem is I don't usually eat sugar, so I don't reorder. If I had it here, I'd be hard pressed not to break down and drink it all. Please make this product (double dark) in a sugar-free version!

I really like this hot cocoa, the only thing that I wish you would do is make a true dark chocolate cocoa and coffee, one that is dark and smooth but not so sweet. A true dark chocolate taste to me is pure chocolate and not so sweet as the everyday comerical cocoa and coffee chocolate. People in belgim and different countries know how to make chocolate that is dark and smooth and missing the extra sugary taste we americans think it needs. Given the price, I thought I was purchasing a high quaility product that would perhaps, have no corn syrup but real sugar instead. The ingredients in this product are the same as store bought Hot Chocolate mixes I could have purchased for a little over $1.00 per box. This is not 'Kids Stuff', this is 100% adult.

It has all of the flavor and no after taste.

The only thing that would make it better is if it
