Easy to fill with water.
Included screen is easy to clean.
Well packaged.

Cons:
included screen is not fine enough for your grind process.. French Press grounds inclusion without FP flavor.
Program is default instead of START.
Drips on hot plate after brewing.
Caraffe Drips and splashes when pouring.

the warmer doean't really keep the coffee hot, I can say just after 40 minutes the coffee is just luke warm. But I will deal with it.

I've been extremely happy; I recieved this coffee make with my first order. I love the programmable feature, love the washable filter. Anyone can afford this, just fill the water and coffee compartments then it makes the coffee for you when you get up just pour a hot cup of coffee to begin the day.

I needed a coffee maker and couldn't beat this free deal but I would have been very unhappy had I bought this product. The basket portion swings out and does not fit or close well. I really have to give it a push to get it in. It's great that it comes with a reusable filter but be prepared for some grounds in your cup. It does not filter as well as the paper filter.

Even though this was a freebie with the initial coffee order, I have several Brand X coffee makers that haven't been opened yet, also sitting on the shelf. I can't really rate this coffee maker until such time as the one we are using finally dies and we rummage through the stack to replace it.
