First you need the pod maker and then you need this product. They're strong enough to survive the water pressure in the pod coffee maker and holds enough coffee to make a strong cup of coffee. You do need to be careful filling the filter with coffee, but if you have a coffee brush to push the grounds from the edges, it works great. Stock up on the filters so you don't run out of them. Making your own pods using your favorite BJ coffee is a lot cheaper (and you get better tasting coffee) than buying the pre-made pods!

I've been using these for about 2 years now. I have needed to change from making one at a time to 20+ at a time due to the sealing appliance needed breaking without warning, leaving them useless. I like being able to use a coffee of my choice but the cost per pod (dependent on the coffee used) is coming close to pods available at the market.

I like the coffee I like, not prepackaged. With these filters I can choose what type of coffee to use, even espresso, and save money on pods. I wish the filters were reusable, but if you wash and dry them, you can use them at least twice. AS paper filters go they are expensive, but they are very convenient and easy to use.
